What about chicken eggshells for calcium? - Osteoporosis
Hi all, To build bones lose weight, use D3, K2 mk4 & Magnesium oil, on the skin. The K2 mk4 will force calcium into the bones and teeth where it belongs. If you feel you must supplement calcium use powdered egg shells, instead of calcium carbonate! Also incorporate 5% Iodine and SeMc, the best selenium you can get.
